System Requirements

SystemBuilder Extensible Architecture (SB/XA) is currently at release 6.1 and is comprised of the following components:

  • SB/XA Application Server
  • SB/XA Communications Server
  • SB/XA Presentation Components (SB/XA Browser Client and SB/XA Rich Client)

SB/XA Application Server supports a minimum of UniVerse 10.2.3 and UniData 7.1.20 database versions.

SB/XA Communications Server supports Windows XP SP3, Server 2003 R2/SP2, Windows Server 2008, Vista SP1 and Windows 7 with .NET 4.0 Framework.

SB/XA Presentation Components support Windows XP SP3 (32 and 64-bit), Server 2003 R2/SP2 (32 and 64-bit), Vista SP1, Windows 7 and .NET 4.0 Framework. You should refer to Microsoft documentation for any minimum specifications required to run Vista or Windows 7.
