Dallas,
TX/ Newport Beach, CA — September 7, 2006
— Strategy 7 Corporation, (www.s7.com),
a world wide leader in database migration and
management, with over 44,000 users including
Fortune 100 companies and over 41 Billion in
yearly transactions, is pleased to announce
that they have just signed an agreement with
Sydney based company DesignBais, which specializes
in application development for the international
insurance market, to distribute their revolutionary
product labeled DesignBAIS that promises to
revitalize the U2 and D3 community.
DesignBais is a functionally rich toolset that
allows MultiValue developers to design and create
enterprise wide web-based applications. There
is no requirement to learn different technologies
such as ASP, Java or HTML – your MultiValue
expertise is all you need. It was specifically
designed to be compatible with MultiValue and
multi-dimensional databases.
DesignBais supports the creation of design
templates. These design templates allow for
creation of a standard user interface that can
be easily applied throughout an application
or its modules. With drop down top menus and
side bar menus as a standard feature, user navigation
is simple and intuitive. DesignBais was designed
to create complex and consistent enterprise
applications, not just one-off forms.
DesignBais provides a zero client deployment
solution. There are no HTA's, plug-ins or installs
at the client side. Internet Explorer 6 or above
is the only requirement for extended functionality.
W3C compliance makes applications available
on all compliant browsers. This means that DesignBais
applications can be used anywhere anytime.
STRATEGY 7 Corporation continues to expand
their Business Applications Divisions in order
to provide customers with a world-class, end-to-end
support for every aspect of their day-to-day
business. Traditional browser-based applications
delivered to the corporate desktop user have
been far from adequate in performance and functionality.
End-users that have become accustomed to the
high performance and field-based validation
of terminal-based applications have found browser-based
applications to be very poor alternatives. DesignBais
has solved this issue with its unique architecture
that provides end-users with performance and
functionality levels that they have come to
expect in the past. In fact, DesignBais significantly
increases the feature set available to application
developers and end-users without compromising
performance. “All of the functionality
normally associated with MultiValue application
development is supported natively within DesignBAIS,”
